There isn’t too much to add this diagram aside of as you may calculate 5% is equal to 1 retailer (so true, the sample is not extremely representative) and that the list of retailers were taken from Smartcompany publication
Probably it is interesting to note that we don’t see here ATG Web Commerce, Hybris and Demandware, which is a bit surprising.
